Teamwork:
" Getting along well with other people is still the world's most needed skill. With it…there is no limit to what person can do. We need people, we need the cooperation of others. There is very little we can do alone." (Nightingale, cited in CQU Noosa)

I believe I have the graduate level required of this generic skill.
I have the ability to evaluate my own strengths and weaknesses as a team member and to work autonomously within a team.
This ability to evaluate my strengths and weaknesses allows me to contribute to team work by building on my strengths and using these to contribute to the team goals. I work on my weaknesses through reflection, evaluation and ensuring a progressive growth in these areas.
I have contributed successfully to collaborative team work situations and achieved successful feedback from the lecturer of that course on my ability to work and produce a well developed product of very high levels of sophistication. This in itself proves successful teamwork at hand.
Each course I have completed at CQUinversity had a component of team work embedded in the assessment.

For example in the course Teaching Reading, as a partnership, we designed a presentation on ESL learners and teaching reading which received a high distinction from peer assessment.
As commented by peers on this presentation " A well considered and cohesive presentation with main points highlighted and well supported by real - life examples and facilitated discussion". (Chris & Sara, personal communication, 2011)

An example of how teamwork requires patience and practice and the result is stunning.
